J & J Deer & Hog Processing has been serving Texas hunters since 1994. \u00a0All of our meat (except ground meat) is vacuum sealed, and your deer and\/or hog is individually processed per your order. \u00a0We also offer custom smoking and curing.<\/p>\n

We are open Friday – Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM; and Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM during rifle season. \u00a0We also offer 24 hour drop off service if you stop by before or after our normal business hours… simply leave your game along with your contact information and we will contact you.. \u00a0Please make sure they are properly tagged and field dressed (gutted). \u00a0We have cold storage space for deer based on availability for $10 per day.<\/p>\n
