J & J Deer & Hog Processing has been serving Texas hunters since 1994. All of our meat (except ground meat) is vacuum sealed, and your deer and/or hog is individually processed per your order. We also offer custom smoking and curing.
We are open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM during rifle season. We also offer 24 hour drop off service if you stop by before or after our normal business hours… simply leave your game along with your contact information and we will contact you.. Please make sure they are properly tagged and field dressed (gutted). We have cold storage space for deer based on availability for $10 per day.
